Building a truly unified brand experience for Rimi

Rimi, one of the biggest Pan Baltic retailers, partnered with Cube to create a cohesive, customer–friendly web page. While defining new guidelines for all three countries, we needed to keep in mind that Rimi communication flow is always ongoing and changing, therefore their image and brand awareness needed to be strong and present in wide scope online communication touch-points.

Mobile, mobile, mobile.

Our goal was simple: everything should be built for mobile first, then adapted for desktop. We created HTML prototypes and a digital design system to streamline consistent marketing communication across all user touchpoints.

From analog to digital.

The redefined digital experience is the cornerstone of the Rimi Customers First mission. As a consequence, one of the most important issues resolved during this project was the digitization of Rimi's special product offers catalogue to replace its paper counterpart.

Social media content.

Every day, we create new social media content to help Rimi communicate across all channels—have you seen our video recipes? We were able to reach half of Latvia's Facebook users with each of our top hits.
