How to tell about the many services and how to pack them? These were the main tasks in the redesign of the Credit Information Bureau website, which was implemented using a design-thinking approach.

The Credit Information Bureau is the first licensed credit bureau in Latvia and represents one of the world's largest credit information and risk management solution provider groups “Creditinfo Group”. We were approached to help transform the services available online and improve the customer experience on the site. In close collaboration, we created a solution that covers everything from technical architecture planning to user experience (UX) design for the portal and the public website. To get to the result, we organized a user design workshop and tests to understand customer needs and improve the functionality of the portal. On the redesigned portal, both individuals and companies can quickly and easily review their credit history, obtain reports and access information about cooperation partners, making KIB.LV a convenient tool for financial analysis.
