Service description
A usability audit is an expert evaluation of user journey in website or app with recommendations for improvement. The audit evaluates the compliance of the interface with good usability practices, recognizable patterns and experience in performing specific tasks. The deficiencies identified are summarised in the report together with the assessment of their significance, the designation of the type of improvement and the recommendations for improvement.
