Bilēsu Paradīze online ticket shop

Ticket Paradise is not just an online ticket store. This is where the user enters with the question “what to visit and when?” and leaves with a clear plan and a ticket in their digital pocket.

We rebuilt the UI and UX of bilesuparadize.lv from scratch, starting with how the visitors of the page discover events and compare them, ending with the choice of seats in the hall. The goal was simple: to make the extensive offer easy to read, understandable to compare and so that the user can make a safe choice even when conditions are not ideal, for example, in a hurry, on the road or on a mobile device.

One of the challenges was controlling visual diversity. Each event has its own personality and design, a theatrical poster, a festival poster and a collage of sports competitions meet in one place. The design needed to maintain a framework that allows that content to “speak” while maintaining a unified system, clear hierarchy, and a dynamic, flexible experience all the way to purchase.
