User Experience (UX) and Service Design

Along with a boldly updated, modern brand identity, Latvijas Pasts also needed a refresh for mans.pasts.lv, a platform that is used daily by thousands of people to manage shipments of regular mail and parcels. With the change of identity, it was essential that the digital experience becomes as compelling as the new brand.

Working side by side with the Latvijas Pasts design team, our task was to bring the new visual language to life on the mans.pasts.lv self-service website, while strictly based on the UX principles of good practice for a wide audience: clear navigation, transparent information hierarchy, predictable logic of actions, accessibility to different devices and different user skills levels.

An integral part of the project was also the creation of a robust design system. It became the basis for the further development of mans.pasts.lv and a practical tool for the Latvijas Pasts team to consistently transfer the new look of the brand to other digital points of contact.
