Website Design

We have completely redesigned the SEB Baltic website, which is more than 2000 in scope, based on user needs and real behavioral data.

The core of the project was a clear, consistent experience across information architecture, while implementing a modular design system that allows maintaining and developing such a bulky platform without chaos.

In parallel with the website, we also worked on solutions for online banking and pension products, and conducted workshops with teams to solve issues that do not end at the screen, such as the logic of processes, content, distribution of responsibilities and the path of customers through different channels.
