Service Design

Design services that work for customers, employees and the business.

Service design helps you understand and improve the complete experience surrounding a service—not only its digital interface. We examine customer needs, touchpoints, internal processes, people and technology to create a service that is useful, consistent and practical to deliver.

What it means to design a service?

Research grounded in real behaviour

We speak with customers, employees and stakeholders to understand their needs, behaviours and challenges. Existing research, analytics and operational data can also be incorporated.

A complete view of the service

We map the customer journey across digital and physical touchpoints, connecting what customers experience with the people, processes and systems behind it.

Collaborative solution design

We involve the people responsible for delivering the service. Workshops help teams align around priorities, generate solutions and make decisions together.

Practical concepts and recommendations

Ideas are transformed into service concepts, prototypes, blueprints and a prioritized roadmap that your team can act on.

The State Chancellery’s collaboration with Cube has been highly successful. Cube ensured high quality in organizing the innovation sprints, carrying out tasks in a timely, professional, and well-coordinated manner, while facilitating rapid communication between all stakeholders. The process culminated in high-quality prototypes that underwent both qualitative and quantitative testing. The work process was comprehensively documented, providing a detailed overview of the service delivery.
